When it comes to keeping fit, many people find it a struggle to commit. Not because they don’t want to exercise, but because they see little way of doing so, other than joining a gym. Well if this is you fellas, think again. If you’re keen to keep fit and shed a few pounds, then there is a way. Gym memberships are both costly and require commitment. All forms of exercise require commitment, but being tied in to a price plan and monthly direct debits are enough to put anyone off.

Those that have had previous experience of using a gym may have noticed that, although there is usually a room full of equipment, you mostly end up using the same apparatus. After initially meeting with a personal trainer and mapping out the perfect routine, you soon ditch it, normally within the first month. Replacing it with a regular run on the treadmill, a pounding on the cross trainer followed up with some time spent on the rowing machine. Keeping to your favourite equipment is something that we are all guilty of, so why spend all that money on the membership?

The slim escorts at Chic London are keen on keeping fit, as too are all the other ladies. A membership gives you the opportunity to spend time working out whenever you wish. Before, after or during your working day. Some may prefer to do so in the morning, as a way to start their day, others may prefer to work out on their lunch break? The gym does give you plenty of options, although, unless there is one close to where you live or work, it can be a bit of a burden. This is why most people give it up, because they have to go out of their way to exercise.

Consider this, investing in a couple of hundred pounds on one or two pieces of equipment will allow you to work out in the comfort of your own home. Purchase a cross trainer for your living room, or study and work out whilst you watch the telly, read a book or even practice another language. Multi-tasking at its finest. As long as it doesn’t sit there forever, collecting dust and various items of clothes; it’s not there as a clothes horse you know! Plus, you can get your hands on these apparatus for fairly reasonable amounts, meaning they won’t break the bank.

This is a great way to save money normally spent on a gym membership, plus you get the added bonus of not having to journey to the gym, because it can come to you. The only downside is, you may get lazy and put exercising off. Stick to a routine and you’ll be fine. It still requires commitment and schedule, but this way you can do things your way.

Look into other exercises you can do from home too. Invest in a large yoga mat, and try some sit ups and core-strength workouts. There’s an unlimited amount of keep fit and exercise routines that you can do from the comfort of your own home. It’s all part and parcel of bringing the gym to you.
