When it comes to feeding a hungry belly, guys we know you’d shy away from a salad. Well, most of you. The odd few love a sprinkling of rocket to accompany their juicy steak. Of course. But, what exactly is manly food? We could suggest a kebab at 2am after a big night, or some chips splattered with tomato sauce. Delicious. Guys, we know you have better taste than this. Just open your eyes to the possibilities and get creative in the kitchen. Top celebrity chefs like Jamie Oliver, Michel Roux and John Torode are a benchmark and prime example that you guys can achieve culinary cuisine.

Whilst ladies and perhaps even the escorts London have to offer are keen on a bit of dalliancing in the kitchen, it’s not just for the female of the species. Baking maybe considered all pink icing and sprinkles; for cupcake queens only. Increasingly, men are becoming interested in baking both cakes and the savoury stuff. Fancy trying your hand at a spot of pastry and a manly filling? We reckon that we can tempt you to make your very own pork pie, from scratch. It’s honestly not that difficult and you’ll find it ever so satisfying when it comes to tucking into your homemade treat.

The manliest of pies; nothing beats a nice rich, buttery pastry with a meaty pork filling. The Fabulous Baker Brothers (channel 4’s baking duo) have commandeered baking for boys and made it oh so popular. So do not fear if you feel a little daft with a pinny on in the kitchen. Grasp the opportunity and revel in it. There’s something quite satisfying about cooking your own foods and not relying on convenience food all the time. It’s not good for your waistline nor your bank balance. Besides, why not learn another skill? We know the English escorts and, in fact, ladies of all ages love a man that can cook!

When it comes baking, you’ll need to make a ‘hot water crust pastry’ to provide a perfect, secure blanket for your filling. You can find plenty of recipes on the internet for the perfect pie crust. You’ll then need your filling. Pork-pies are obviously suited best to a nice bit of sausage meat, plus some herbs and spices. Check out a good recipe online or flick through a copy of their book ‘The Fabulous Baker Brothers’ available online and in all good retail stores. Once baked, accompany your pie with a smidgen of chutney or pickle and some nice juicy red tomatoes. Wash down with a nice pint of good ale. Yummy. Happy baking!
