I’m a Chelsea girl through and through. I was born here, and grew up in the area too. My dad worked as a barrister, and my mum was the chief advisor of a large technology company. As I always had plenty of support from my parents, especially financially, when I had to choose a career path, money was not a considered factor at all. I decided to take up fashion design and film, because I always had a wild imagination and I wanted to do something creative and controversial.
It was my graduation project when I shot a short film about Chelsea escorts. In this affluent area, these girls walked down the street in their figure hugging dresses and 5 inch high heels to meet their clients at their penthouse residence. Reena and Cartia were flatmates, best friends, and lovers. They lived together in a small flat in Surrey, and every day they travelled together into London to see various clients in Chelsea.
This affluent and wealthy area had lots of men who long for their attention. Working as couple Chelsea escorts, Reena and Cartia loved working together so they could take care of each other physically and mentally. Hand in hand they walked down the street, turning a few heads and stopping the traffic. They were both tall and gorgeous. Reena had long red hair, soft milky skin and pale blue eyes. Her frame was slim but curvaceous, and her face always looked innocent like the morning dew on flower petals. Cartia had short blonde hair, leggy, with a nicely toned body. Her big green eyes were always curious, with a cheeky smile; Cartia was fun and adventurous.
I wanted to capture the young love between two beautiful girls. How they lived their lives as escorts and how they communicate through their body language. The film would be powerful, romantic, and the complexity of escorting would contrast and challenge the tranquility in Chelsea.
It really made me curious about the life of escorts working in London; I can definitely see the appeal. These girls had made their own fortune, draped in Gucci and Chanel, sipping champagne whenever they liked. If people don’t have the same privileges that I had in life, it can be difficult to earn as much as you’d like, especially with the current economy. These girls certainly found their niche, and are cashing in.
